Terms of useVersion 1.9 · 15 October 2026

These terms apply to this website, the SWEEP NFT draws, staking pages and the SWEEP Rumble game. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In short

This is a free community game around the $SWEEP token on Injective. It is not investment advice.
You never have to spend $SWEEP. Everything you buy here is voluntary and final.
$SWEEP paid in the game goes to the game wallet and flows back to players as prizes.
Nobody is in a Rumble automatically: stake exactly 250,000 $SWEEP, choose your class in My Broom, then press “Join” once for every Rumble you want to fight in. Without a class you cannot join.
Joining closes 60 seconds before the fight starts. The fight is shown live to everyone at the same moment; the winner and the loot are published when it has played out.
There is no pause after a win: a winner can join and win the next Rumble too.
Every fighter gets loot: better placement, more chests. An equipped companion adds chests and XP. Daily quests give XP and chests.
Random results (chests, loot, fusion, the Rumble) can give you nothing of value.
Item fusion can fail: then the $SWEEP fee is spent and not refunded, and one of the three items is destroyed. Companion fusion is free, but if it fails half of the companions you put in are lost.
Unstaking costs your progress: your level goes back to 1, your XP to 0 and your secondary class is removed. Your class, items and companions stay.
In-game items, companions and levels have no money value and cannot be cashed out.
Crypto is risky. Tokens and NFTs can lose all their value. Use the site at your own risk.

1. Who runs this site

This site is run by the SWEEP team (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

The site is a free community project around the $SWEEP token on the Injective network. It shows NFT draws for stakers, offers staking (every wallet stakes exactly 250,000 $SWEEP) and the SWEEP Rumble game (classes, levels, items, companions, Rumble loot and the Rumble draw). It is entertainment for the community.

To fight in a Rumble you must choose a class in My Broom and then press “Join” for that Rumble before joining closes, once for every Rumble. Joining closes 60 seconds before the fight is scheduled to start; at that moment the joined fighters are locked (the snapshot). Joining without a class is not possible. Only stakers who joined, have a class and still have the required stake at the snapshot take part (a stake counts as soon as it is in the staking contract). A Rumble starts only once enough stakers have joined; until then it waits and joining stays open.

The result of a Rumble is fixed by the hash of a block that is made after the snapshot. The fight is then shown live on the site to everyone at the same moment, usually starting at the scheduled time (later if the block takes longer). The winner, the placements and the loot are published when the fight has played out. A winner is not paused: every Rumble is open to every eligible staker, including the last winners.

3. No investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is an offer to buy or sell anything. $SWEEP is a memecoin. Do your own research and only use money you can afford to lose completely.

4. Risks of crypto

Crypto assets are very volatile. $SWEEP and any NFT can lose all of their value at any time. Transactions on a blockchain cannot be reversed. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign.

5. Everything is voluntary

Using the site, staking, trading, doing quests, buying chests or the daily chest pack, skipping timers, fusing companions or items, buying more bag slots and changing your class are all entirely voluntary. Nobody is required to spend $SWEEP. You can take part in the game and in the draws without buying anything.

6. Purchases and random results

Payments in $SWEEP are token transfers to the address shown before you pay. By default this is the game's prize wallet, so the tokens flow back to players as prizes. All purchases are final. There are no refunds.
Chests, Rumble loot, fusion and the Rumble use random results. Rumble loot (item chests and XP for every fighter, more for a better placement, extra chests and XP from an equipped companion, a chance to double it with a mythic companion, and extra chests for the four fight awards) is computed from the Rumble seed and the fight. You may receive nothing of value, an item you do not want, or lose companions in a failed fusion. The odds are shown on the site; a single result can be worse than the odds suggest.
Item fusion (three items of one rarity into one item of the next rarity) can fail. If it fails, the $SWEEP fee is spent and is not refunded, one of the three items is destroyed and the other two come back. A successful fusion uses up all three items.
Daily quests, the week streak and the launch quests give XP, chests and companions to stakers. Trading volume is read from a public block explorer; if it cannot be read, a quest may count later or not at all. A launch quest goes to the first wallet that reaches the level as recorded by the site, once for the whole site. Quests are no investment: trading for a quest is your own decision and risk.
Your bag holds a limited number of items that are not equipped (more bag slots can be bought). When it is full, unopened chests stay closed until you make room; they are not lost. Discarding an item removes it for good, with no refund or reward.
You also pay the network fee (INJ) for every transaction.

7. No value in game items

In-game items, companions, chests, levels, XP and stats have no monetary value. They are not your property, cannot be cashed out, exchanged for money or tokens, or transferred, unless we say otherwise in writing. They only affect the game on this site.

Your level and XP depend on your stake. When you unstake, your XP goes back to 0 and your level back to 1, a running level-up is cancelled and your secondary class is removed (it needs level 10). Your class, items, companions and unopened chests stay. This cannot be undone, also not if you stake again.

8. Changes to draws and the game

We may change, pause or end the draws, the Rumble, the game or any part of the site at any time, including prices, odds, rules and rewards. We may correct errors, void and redraw a draw, and exclude wallets that abuse the site (for example bots, multiple accounts to gain an advantage, or exploiting bugs).

9. Bugs and availability

Smart contracts, the blockchain, wallets and this website can contain bugs or be unavailable. We do not promise that the site works without errors or interruptions. You use the site, the smart contracts and the game at your own risk.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the site, including lost tokens, lost NFTs, lost in-game progress, price changes, failed or wrong transactions, bugs or downtime. This exclusion does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, to injury to life, body or health, or where liability cannot be excluded by mandatory law (for example under product liability law).

11. Your responsibility

You must be of legal age in your country to use the site. You are responsible for checking that using the site, staking and holding or spending tokens is allowed where you live, and for any taxes. Do not use the site if it is not allowed for you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version and date are shown at the top of the terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you agree to the new version.
